(St. Louis) – Leading all 40 laps Tyler Carpenter became the second driver to win multiple Gateway Dirt Nationals Saturday night finales. An emotional Tyler Carpenter pulled into victory lane with a tire going down and tears in his eyes. Not only did he win $30,000 but he also won an opportunity to drive in a Nascar Truck Series race at the Knoxville Raceway in 2022. Tanner English once again fell short and finished in the runner up spot. Nick Hoffman who ran all three division’s this weekend finished out the podium.

In victory lane Carpenter was full of tears and was nearly speechless. Uncharacteristic from his previous victory lane interviews at the Dome we saw the passion bleed out through the tears in his eyes. Tyler has now won $70,000 in the last four feature events inside the Dome.
